On the day of departure, you and your group will be picked up by prearranged transportation at a designated area. You will be greeted by a personal Tour Manager upon arrival at your destination. If your trip begins with a flight, your Tour Manager will meet you at the airport to walk you through check-in and security procedures.

As your tour unfolds, your Tour Manager is with you every step of the way, taking care of all details including: admission ticket pick-up; activity management; hotel check-in; and all other aspects of your itinerary that may need attention. Your Tour Manager allows you to enjoy the trip with the rest of the group and if any unanticipated difficulty occurs, your Tour Manager is there to provide a choice of alternative solutions. It is our goal at Peak Performance Tours to make certain that your tour runs smoothly allowing you and your students an opportunity to learn and enjoy.
